The sign-up button in the membership authorization doesn't work

After receiving an e-mail to autorize or reject a membership and click on Authorize the resukting web page has the option to sign-in into TAP, but when it raises this error:

HTTP Status 400 - Required String parameter 'token' is not present

type Status report

message Required String parameter 'token' is not present

description The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.
