The compilation process of DRM4G's source code is too messy — at Initial Version

Description
We need to find a way to simplify the compilation process of the DRM4G shown here https://meteo.unican.es/trac/wiki/DRM4G#HowcanIcompileit (avoid having to use the make install command twice for example).
Search for a way to install bothe GridWay and DRM4G at the same time.
