#5945 closed defect (fixed)

The command "drm4g clear" doesn't work properly

Reported by: minondoa Owned by: carlos
Priority: minor Milestone: DRM4G-2.6.0
Component: DRM4G Keywords: command, drm4g
Cc: carlos, antonio

Description

After submitting a couple of jobs and then executing the command drm4g clear, the command line prompts you with a question, inquiring wether you really would like to continue. The problem is that regardless of your answer, it states that it wasn't able to comprehend your answer and doesn't change anything after stopping the drm4g daemon.

Stopping DRM4G ....
  OK
Do you want to continue clearing DRM4G? (Y/n) Y
name 'Y' is not defined

If you restart drm4g and check the jobs, you'll see that they are all there.

There was an issue reading the input (Y or N ). In python 2.x, it should be used raw_input to read strings, whereas in python 3.x only input function is available for that purpose. To solve that, we will use raw_input if Python's version is 2.x, and input if Python's version is 3.x.
