DRM4G Licence

The license of DRM4G will be GNU Affero General Public License :

​https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html

But, I'm not sure about the name of the author ( e.g. Meteorology Group UC) and the year.

The ideal license is EUPL-1.1 which is been regulated under EU laws instead USA laws:

​https://opensource.org/licenses/EUPL-1.1

GitHub? will include this license, but they are still merging the pull-request:

​https://github.com/github/choosealicense.com/pull/320

My proposal is too select the AGPL license but modify the LICENSE files to refer EUPL-1.1. This will be an interim solution until GitHub? closes the pull-request.
