Also new DNS name should be considered: cds.unican.es

This has to be aligned with the UC corporate identity

improve the description of the sections this web page should have.

It's not clear for us yet what exactly should be the organization.

We don't know if UC will required some of them and some corporate design.

But we can assume it will something similar to other SCTI at UC.
