Jobs are getting send to the remote machines tasked with creating VMs

Description

To create VMs you need to define a resource from where they will be created. The problem is that the VMs aren't created until you execute the command drm4g resource create, but the DRM4G starts sending jobs to that resource, even if it wasn't defined for that purpose.

It's been fixed. Now the resources defined for the purpose of creating VMs won't be listed as hosts (so they wont appear when running the command "drm4g host"), therefore jobs won't be sent to them.
