WRF4G paths

Each path in WRF4G is able to be configured to use the following protocols:

• LFN:​lfn:///grid/VO/file ​file://home/user/file
• GRIDFTP: ​gridftp://hostname:2812/grid/VO/user/file
• RSYNC: ​rsync://user@hostname:34/grid/VO/user/file
• SIMBOLIC LINK: ln:/home/user/file
• FILE: file:/path/to/file
• HTTPS: ​https://hostname/file
• HTTP: ​http://hostname/file
• FTP: ​ftp://hostname/path/to/file
• SFTP: ​sftp://hostname/path/to/file
